Prices

All prices quoted are per person and include VAT at 17.5%. The Hotel reserves the right to amend prices at any time, however, confirmed reservations will remain at the price quoted subject to any variation in the VAT rate. Service Charge is not included and gratuities are at the discretion of our guests.

Payment

Balance of payment is due prior to departure. Payment by cheque must be either backed in full by the limit on the cheque card issued by any of the major UK Banks, or must be presented in sufficient time for clearance. Credit cards are accepted as follows: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club as well as Switch, Solo and Delta..

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation the full deposit will be forfeited. A cancellation charge equal to the lost revenue less meal costs will also apply. Cancellation Insurance is available upon application and is recommended.

Liquor

The Hotel is fully licensed. Please note: It is strictly against hotel regulations to bring outside liquor onto the hotel property.

Children's Rates

Special children's rates are available upon application however, generally a child sharing a parents room up to the age of 4 years will be free, including meals.

Arrival Times

Unless guests notify Reception of late arrival, we reserve the right to re-let accommodation after 6pm. Generally rooms are available by 2pm. Checkout time is 11.00 am on morning of departure.

Weddings / Conferences

The North Channel Suite with its 30 square metre ocean view conservatory is available for small groups and we welcome your enquiries.

Airport Transfers

Airport Transfers by Hotel Daimler - Glasgow Prestwick - £100.00 each way, - Glasgow International - £150.00 each way. The Hotel also has its own Helipad and charter can be arranged.

Special Diets

We will be pleased to cater for vegetarian and special diets with reasonable notice.

Dogs

Dogs are allowed in the North Channel and Lighthouse Suites but should not be left unattended at any time. Extra charges apply.

Smoking Policy

In accordance with current legislation, smoking is not permitted in the Hotel.
