Choosing The Right Accommodation

The accommodation in the main building that has been converted from the lighthouse keeper's flats is cozy and sociable with lounge and conservatory areas where you can chat to the new owners Helen and John who live on site. The Suites and Stevenson rooms situated in smaller buildings within the 20 acre site offer more space, modern facilities and views of the coastline.

Ballantrae Suite - Large Suite

Located in the cottage within the grounds of Corsewall Lighthouse and ideal for those looking for a little more space and privacy. Ballantrae Suite benefits from outstanding sea views, a private lounge.

Facilities: Large King/Twin bed, Private Lounge, Sofa Bed, Modern Shower Room, Electric Shaver Point, Hair Dryer, TV and VCR, Telephone, Tea and Coffee Making Facilities.

Please note, you may also book Stevenson 3 alongside the Ballantrae Suite for an additional room, subject to availability.

Stevenson 1 - Superior Double Room

Located in the cottage within the grounds of Corsewall Lighthouse and ideal for those looking for modern facilities, more space and spectacular sea views. Stevenson rooms can be booked individually or together as a large suite ideal for groups.

Stevenson Room 2 - Family Room

Stevenson Room 3 - Superior Double Room

Firth of Cromarty Room - Superior Double Room

Located in the former principal lighthouse keeper’s flat. This room boasts a large private balcony offering panoramic views of the lighthouse tower, coastline, and meadow.

Mull of Kintyre Room - Large Double Room

Located in the former principal lighthouse keeper’s flat. Sea views with ensuite shower room.

Dunskirloch Room - Double Room

Located in the former principal lighthouse keeper’s flat. Meadow facing with ensuite.

Galloway Room - Accessible Double Room

Ailsa Room - Double Room

Located in the former principal lighthouse keepers flat. Sea views with a private bathroom. Please note the bathroom is located along the corridor from the room, bathrobes are provided.

Lighthouse Suite - Two Bedroom Suite

Located in a former outbuilding, within a minute’s walk from the main hotel building. The Lighthouse Suite boasts panoramic sea views from its private lounge and conservatory and extensive facilities. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin.

Facilities: Bathroom with shower over bath, Private Lounge and Conservatory including, TC and VCR. Kitchen including, Cooker, Fridge, Microwave. Electric Shaver, Hair Dryer and Tea and Coffee Making Facilities.

Fulmar Room - Small Double Room

Located in the former assistant lighthouse keeper’s flat. Meadow facing ground floor room with ensuite.
